#### Requirements
- Eligibility and conflict of interest: not restricted from doing business with Eskom; no conflicting relationships with other tenderers; not tendering 100% via sub-contracting.
- Certifications/experience: proven capability in fall protection planning and aerial rigging training; appropriate safety and training qualifications.
