## Summary

#### Overview
**Procurement of sawmill services (stacking, destacking & rework) for 18 months at TIMBADOLA SAWMILL.** Bidders should have experience in sawmilling/forestry or wood-related operations and be ready to meet SAFCOL’s supplier and compliance requirements (CSD, SARS PIN, COIDA, BBBEE, etc.).

#### Requirements
- Mandatory registrations and certifications:
  - Registration on the Central Supplier Database (CSD).
  - SARS Tax Compliance status or Tax PIN.
  - B-BBEE certificate or sworn affidavit (EMEs/QSEs may use sworn affidavit).
  - Proof of COIDA/Good Standing.
- Documentation to submit (on official forms):
  - SBD 1 (Invitation to Tender), SBD 3.1 Pricing Schedule, SBD 4 Bidder’s Disclosure, SBD 6.1 Preference Points Claim Form.
  - Pricing documentation (Price Declaration Form) and Pricing Schedule; ensure VAT inclusive pricing.
  - Proof of company registration and, if applicable, Joint Venture/Consortium agreements; proof to claim specific goals.
- Qualifications and experience:
  - Demonstrated experience in sawmilling/forestry/agriculture with client references.
  - Phase 2 requires a contract manager with at least 3 years in junior management and NQF 6 in Wood Technology/Forestry/Operations (CVs with certified qualifications).
- Compliance and contract conditions:
  - Adherence to GCC, PPPFA/Regulations 2022, and supplier code of conduct; confidentiality undertakings.
