#### Requirements
- Tax compliance: SARS PIN or Tax Compliance Status; may submit CSD number; separate TCS for JV/consortia.
- Central Supplier Database (CSD) registration and PSIRA registration (company and officers).
- Returnable documents including SBD forms (SBD1), Form A2/A3 for signatories/JVs, Tax, BBBEE, declarations, and PSIRA registration.
- Minimum technical capability: proven security guarding experience in similar office environments; 24-hour deployment; pre-employment screening (criminal, identification verification, polygraph annually); health and safety compliance (Section 37.2 OHS) and safety file.
- Equipment and operations: on-site control room capability, base and hand radios, electronic patrol system; adherence to staffing plans (Annexure A) and site security deployment requirements (Annexure B).
- Statutory compliance: Firearms, POPI, Labour Relations, etc.; PSIRA registration for officers; security training and uniforms; reporting and KPIs.
- Evaluation criteria: minimum 70 points for technical; references, directors’ experience, staff numbers, local offices near SANRAL, and other listed criteria.
