## Summary

#### Overview
**Procurement of stockyard management services at Eskom power stations for 24 months on an "as and when required" basis.** Bidders should be able to supply labour and supervisory capacity across multiple sites, including staffing for site supervision, SHEQ, admin and operational roles, and comply with Eskom eTendering, CIDB requirements, and Eskom’s standard tender conditions.

#### Requirements
- CIDB registration (as per Tender Data) or ability to obtain within 21 working days from closing.
- Demonstrate SHEQ capabilities and safety, health and environmental management as part of tender returnables.
- Proof of authority to act as agent if submitting via an agent.
- Compliance with Eskom Standard Conditions of Tender (allocation of pricing, tender validity, mandatory returnables, etc.) and applicable legislation (PPPFA, COIDA, B-BBEE, etc).
- CSD/eTendering registration and, if required, completion of E-Tendering Training Acknowledgement form; access via the Eskom eTendering portal. (E-tendering manuals and forms are in attached documents.)
