**RFQ for the supply, deliver, install, test and commission of a 300kVA UPS unit and UPS batteries at Cape Town International Airport.** Bidders should have CIDB contractor grading 3 EB or higher and demonstrate UPS installation experience (electrical/electronics), possess SAQA-accredited qualifications, be tax compliant, and carry required insurances (including COIDA).

#### Requirements

- Qualifications: SAQA-certified electrical/electronics qualifications; evidence attached to Form C6/C7.
- Compliance: tax compliance (SARS PIN or CSD number); insurance and COIDA letter prior to contract signing.
- Contract terms: NEC3 ECC with fixed prices; 6-month completion; 5% retention; 10% performance bond; 30-day payment; delay damages; no price adjustments; ethics and confidentiality obligations.
