#### Requirements

- Demonstrated expertise in ethics, forensic, or corporate investigations (public sector or comparable).  
- Operational deadlines: commence within 3 working days of instruction; final report within 30 calendar days of commencement.  
- Confidentiality and regulatory compliance: adhere to POPIA and all applicable laws; all materials remain RAF property.  
- Compliance and procurement: RAF will only conduct business with CSD-registered suppliers; SARS tax clearance; anti-collusion; no multiple bids from allied entities.  
- Evaluation and pricing: 80/20 preference-point system; HDI/ Women/ Disability goals (with required proof); price and specific goals evaluated (Annexes in RFQ).
