- Items to be supplied (quantities per RFQ specification): Instant cold compress 15cm x 23cm (38), Emergency Burncare Hydrogel sachets (3.5ml) (50), Rescue sheets (2m x 1m) (8), Deep freeze cold spray (150ml) (10), Eye pads (6cm x 8cm) (8), Box of 20 assorted plasters (40) – suitable for occupational first aid; expiry and packaging must be intact and clearly labelled. - Compliance: CSD registered; SARS tax matters declared; VAT rules apply (prices must be VAT inclusive if VAT registered); official RAF Purchase Order/Letter before goods are delivered; no collusive bidding; only one bid per legal entity.
- Evaluation: 80/20 preference system (Price 80, Specific Goals 20); Specific Goals include HDI ownership, Women ownership, and Persons living with disabilities (with required proofs: CSD report, ID copy, medical certificate).
