#### Requirements
- Valid COIDA letter of good standing and COIDA-compliant status.
- PSIRA registration and PSIRA certificate for the company (and directors) in the relevant security category; PSIRA letters of good standing.
- Evidence of at least two prior security systems maintenance/repair engagements ( Annexure B entries to be provided).
- CSD verification for preferential goals and an up‑to‑date tax clearance as applicable.
- Compliance with RAF security, data protection (Annexure A) and confidentiality requirements; ability to furnish monthly maintenance reports and a job card for each site visit; adherence to pricing schedule (Annex E).
- No collusive bidding and adherence to RAF procurement terms; mandatory disclosures via SBD4 form.
