#### Requirements
- On-site program: 27–29 October 2026, 09:00–15:00, about 380 attendees with a post-event feedback report within two weeks (RFQ SPEC).  
- Licensed personnel: on-site Chiropractor, Reflexologist, and Psychologist (HPCSA/AHPCSA); four nurses (SANC).  
- Corporate wellness experience: health education stands and services for large groups; smoothie bar with specified setup.  
- Compliance: RAF only with CSD-registered suppliers; SARS tax compliance; complete Annexures and standard bidding docs (Annex F).  
- Security/PII: implement Annexure A security measures (data handling, access control, incident reporting, POPIA compliance).  
- Evaluation: submit for 80/20 price/points; provide proof for specific goals (HDI, Women, Disability) if claiming points (SBD 6.1).
