## Summary

#### Overview
**The Road Accident Fund seeks a service provider to deliver Cleaning Services for the RAF Gqeberha Customer Service Centre Office for nine months.** Eligible bidders are cleaning service providers with proven cleaning experience, CSD registration, SARS tax compliance, ability to supply daily cleaning plus ad-hoc services, PPE with company branding, MSDS/SABS-approved chemicals and equipment, and RAF staff security vetting.

#### Requirements
- Minimum of one current/previous Cleaning Services client to demonstrate experience.
- RAF will only contract with CSD-registered suppliers; provide CSD Unique Supplier Registration details.
- Tax compliance: SARS-registered in good standing; tax matters declared.
- Occupational/employee standards: comply with Basic Conditions of Employment Act; PPE with company logo; staff vetted by RAF Security Vetting Department; MSDS approved by SABS.
- Equipment and consumables: supply all cleaning consumables and equipment; equipment and consumables must be SABS approved; defective items replaced within 24 hours (8 hours in emergencies); consumables checked monthly by RAF.
- Security and data protection: implement Annexure A security measures; comply with Protection of Personal Information Act; sign data protection agreements; secure handling, storage and transport of documents; access control and monitoring.
- Operational scope and SLA: daily cleaning plus ad-hoc cleaning; SLA reporting and monthly meetings; delivery of stock between 07:45 and 15:00; no upfront payment; payments on delivery against invoices.
- Evaluation: 80/20 preference points (price 80, specific goals 20); bidders may claim points for HDI, women, and disability as per SBD 6.1.
