#### Overview
**RAF seeks a service provider to deliver accredited OHS compliance training and OHS Legal Liability training.** The scope covers seven one-day courses for ten SHE Committee Members and eleven RAF managers, with external venue logistics in Centurion, including training materials, assessments, certificates, and a final training report. Experience in SA OHS training and accreditation with a Quality Council/SETA (QCTO/AQP/SETA) is required, plus the ability to source the venue and manage logistics.

#### Requirements
- Accredited with a Quality Council or SETA (QCTO, AQP, or SETA) and provide valid proof by closing.
- Demonstrated experience delivering OHS-related training; supply at least three reference letters (Annex B) with company, contact, and proof of services.
- Facilitators must be qualified; provide facilitator registrations and relevant qualifications.
- Approved by Department of Employment and Labour to present First Aid training (GSR) and provide proof.
- External venue within 30km of Eco Glades Office Park, Centurion; provide venue address, capacity, facilities, and catering (lunch) details.
- Deliverables include: accredited facilitator, training materials/learner guides, attendance registers, assessments, certificates, and a training report.
- Pricing must be VAT-inclusive with a detailed cost breakdown; comply with 80/20 evaluation (price 80; specific goals 20).
- CSD registration required; RAF will only transact with CSD-registered suppliers; comply with Annex A security/data protection measures.
