#### Overview
**The RAF invites quotes to supply and install integrated security systems across six RAF hospital sites (Leratong, Chris Hani Baragwanath, Bongani, Steve Biko, Rob Ferreira, and Job Shima Nkana Tabane).** Suitable bidders are security systems integrators with expertise in biometrics, access control, intruder alarms, and related software, preferably with healthcare-security experience, PSIRA registration, and compliance with data-protection and COIDA requirements.

#### Requirements
- Mandatory qualifications:
- COIDA: valid letter of good standing (not older than 12 months)
- PSIRA: valid company certificate and letter of good standing for company and directors
- CSD registration and SARS tax compliance
- RAF will only do business with CSD-registered suppliers; tax matters must be declared
- Compliance with Protection of Personal Information Act (PIA/POPIA) and RAF security measures (see Annex A)
- Estimated 6-site delivery/installation scope: biometric access control and intruder alarm systems per spec
- Evaluation criteria: 80/20 price-to-qualifications; specific goals for HDI, Women, and Persons with disabilities with documentary proof (see SBD6.1)
