- BBBEE status: valid BBBEE certificate or EME/QSE affidavit
- Completion and submission of required SBD forms (SBD1, SBD4, SBD6.1) and proof of CSD registration
- Ability to provide at least 3 verifiable references for supplying technical consumables (not older than 3 years)
- Compliance with the RFQ terms, including lead times, pricing and delivery terms, and contract conditions
- Adherence to the 80/20 or 90/10 preference point system (as applicable)
