- Valid CSD registration and tax clearance; for foreign bidders with SA footprint, SARS/Pin or CSD verification; local content declarations where applicable.
- EN material conformity certificate for bolts/nuts (EN 764-5) from a notified body.
- Tender documents submitted electronically in PDF and Excel; price list in both PDF and Excel; max 50MB per file, total submission 900MB; no zip files; no hard copies.
- Completion and submission of mandatory returnables (Annexures A-J, SBD 1, SBD 6.1, SBD 4, SBD 6.2).
