#### Requirements
- ISO 9001 or equivalent QMS (Supplier Quality Management 240-105658000)
- OHS compliance and related Eskom forms (Annexures A–E, B acknowledgment, D integrity pact) and Standard Tender Conditions
- Complete SBDs and returnable documents (SBD 1, SBD 6.1, SBD 4; Local Content declarations where applicable; Declaration of Shareholding)
- Pricing Schedule/BOQ in PDF/Excel; include transport-rate per km in BOQ
- Prohibit 100% sub-contracting; eligibility to do business with Eskom; CIDB where applicable (Not Applicable per Tender Data)
- Attend non-compulsory clarification and bid via Eskom e-tendering site
