## Summary

#### Overview
**The procurement is for the supply and delivery of prefabricated cold premix, hot mix asphalt and bitumen treated base for road works, for a period from appointment to 30 June 2029.** Open to service providers in road construction materials supply and related civil works who are registered on the Central Supplier Database and hold valid tax clearance and B-BBEE certificates, in line with the municipality’s SCM policy.

#### Requirements
- CSD registration required
- Valid original tax clearance certificate
- B-BBEE certificate required with tender
- Certified copies of directors/owners’ identities
- Tender to be submitted on original documents and remain valid for 90 days after closing date
- Evaluation: 80 points for price, 20 points for B-BBEE
- Municipality reserves right to withdraw/re-advertise/not award; not bound to the lowest bid
