#### Overview

#### Requirements
- Minimum 18 self-powered line array tops (9 per side), with 110° horizontal coverage and appropriate SPL; compatible with existing Meyer Sound system (CQ2, M1D, HP700 subs, Galileo 616).
- System and rack must support Milan AVB network; include required cabling (signal, power, network).
- Line array processor: 4 analogue inputs, 8 analogue outputs, AVB network, 24-bit/96 kHz, RJ45 for remote control.
- Rigging: 2 hanging grids, 2x 6m safety cables; wheels and portability as specified.
- Compliance/administration: complete SBD1, SBD3.1, SBD4, SBD6.1, SBD8, SBD9; TOR; GCC; CSD/TCS PIN; BBBEE 3+; two hard copies + USB; no subcontracting (SBD 20.1).
- Warranty and after-sales: minimum 12-month warranty; accredited after-sales technical support; 24/7/365 support; spare parts and interim loan system; bidder to train Artscape technicians.
- Evaluation: Gate 0/1/2 functionality threshold (minimum 70% on functionality); Gate 3 price (80) and BBBEE (20); total 100 points; price/submission must remain valid for 150 days.
