#### Overview
**The supply, delivery and installation of a line array speaker system for Artscape Opera venue.** This procurement targets professional audio-visual installation for a large performing-arts venue, with a system that must be compatible with Artscape’s existing Meyer Sound setup. Suitable bidders will have turnkey capabilities in line-array design, rigging, DSP processing, networked control, and proven after-sales support.

#### Requirements
- Compliance with Artscape’s Standard Bid Documents (SBD1, SBD3.1, SBD4, SBD6.1, SBD8, SBD9) and a full company profile; Gate 0/1 functionality thresholds apply. 
- Tax clearance or SARS Tax Compliance Status (PIN) and active Central Supplier Database (CSD) registration; bids from in-state/state entities restricted by policy. 
- BBBEE status level 3 or better. 
- Technical capability to deliver a line-array system per TOR: minimum 18 tops (self-powered), 110° horizontal coverage, 145 dB SPL, compatible with existing Meyer Sound components (CQ2, M1D, Galileo, etc.), plus required cabling, processors, rigging, and network/AVB connectivity. 
- After-sales: 24/7/365 support, spare parts, interim loan system, and minimum 12-month warranty; training for Artscape technicians. 
- Pricing on SBD3.1 (firm prices), 150-day bid validity; 80/20 evaluation with price (80) and BBBEE (20). 
- Submit in accordance with GCC and TOR; no state-employee involvement; non-compliant bids may be rejected.
