#### Requirements
- OEM certification/affiliation evidence proving the bidder is an OEM or an OEM partner/distributor (not older than 12 months). Annex A reference: 5.1. 
- Demonstrated experience delivering fibre cables and SFP products to at least one customer in the last five years; include reference letters on letterhead. Annex A reference: 5.2.
- Acceptance of ALL Special Conditions of Contract (SCC) and Government GCC; signed declaration (SCC 4.3.2).
- Delivery of fibre cables and SFPs within 3 months of award.
- Compliance with ISO 9001, POPIA, confidentiality/NDA, and security requirements; provide Occupational Health and Safety documentation as required.
- Mandatory and administrative returnables: SBD 4, SBD 6.1, and other returnables per bid specification.
- Preference eligibility: 90/10 points system; BBBEE documentation required to claim points.
- Tax and registration: SARS Tax Compliance PIN or TCS, CSD registration, and related declarations.
