#### Overview
**The supply, licensing, delivery, and off-loading of various types of firearms and ammunition for community and protection services on an as and when required basis from date of award until 30 June 2029.** Bidders should have capabilities in firearms supply, licensing/logistics, and related compliance (CSD registration, SARS tax compliance, BBBEE/locality considerations) to compete successfully (PPPFA/BBBEE framework). 

#### Requirements
- Central Supplier Database (CSD) registration and SARS tax compliance (TCS/PIN). Foreign suppliers may need pre-award questionnaire; joint ventures must submit separate TCS for each party. 
- Tender evaluated under PPPFA 80/20 (price 80; B-BBEE 10; locality 10); local locality criteria apply. 
- Completion and submission of mandated forms and documents: MBD4 (Declaration of Interest), MBD6.1 (Preference Points), MBD8, MBD9, MBD10, Pricing Schedule, and related checklists; Service Level Agreement (SLA) to be signed; MBD7 contract form if successful. 
- Compulsory clarification briefing on 11 November 2026 (virtual via Microsoft Teams); attendance is mandatory. 
- Closing date and time: 30 November 2026 at 12:00; submission in a sealed envelope to Stellenbosch Municipality tender box; late or non-compliant bids may be disqualified.
