#### Requirements
- Complete, sign and submit SBD1, SBD3.1, SBD4.  
- Valid registration/certification from a professional body to offer NEC 3&4 Training; course must carry CPD points.  
- NEC 3&4 course content/outline and a professional facilitator CV with relevant qualifications.  
- Proof of Tax Compliance (SARS PIN) and CSD registration; VAT/other tax status as applicable.  
- B-BBEE status verification (certificate or sworn affidavit) and Annexures 1 & 2 (locality and ownership affidavits).  
- Commission of oath Annexures for locality and ownership as required for preferential points.  
- Compliance with pricing schedule and all documents listed as mandatory.
