- Registration: Central Supplier Database (CSD) and local Council database; tax clearance (original) and Proof of registration; rates clearance; COIDA.  
- Returnable documents: proof of purchase, attendance at compulsory briefing, MBD forms as applicable, and related schedules; audited financials if > R10M.  
- Certifications: valid electrical trade test; PSIRA-registered security sub-contractor with licensed firearms where applicable.  
- OHSA compliance, insurance, and 10% performance security within 30 days of award.  
- Evidence of 24/7 availability and subcontracting-security arrangements as per scope.  
- Financing/records: proper invoicing, time sheets, and project reporting as required.
