#### Requirements
- Eligibility: Entities registered with SAICA.
- Functional evaluation (from Grap 104 Tender Doc 27 MAY 2026.pdf):
  - Lead company experience: 25 points
  - Lead team leader/manager experience: 25
  - Lead team members experience: 20
  - Unqualified municipality audit where GRAP 104 revised implemented: 30
- Specific documents (compulsory if price ≥ R10M): Audited AFS, MBD5, SAICA registration, tax clearance, CSD registration, rates clearance, COIDA, professional indemnity, etc.
- Other: No briefing session; mandatory database registration; penalties for delays; right to reject any bid; confidentiality and ownership of transferred know-how.
