#### Requirements
- CIDB registration: 1 CE/GB/SB/SQ and in good standing.
- Eligibility: contractor must be CIDB-registered for the specified categories to submit.
- Mandatory briefing attendance; proof to be submitted (Certificate of Attendance).
- Registration on Central Supplier Database (CSD) and maintained; proof to be provided.
- Tax compliance: valid original Tax Clearance Certificate.
- Municipal rates/taxes: proof of up-to-date municipal rates and service charges; or rate clearance documentation.
- COIDA worker compensation registration.
- CIDB registration certificate and company documentation (certificates, IDs of directors, JV agreements if applicable).
- Returnable documents: proof of document purchase (if applicable), MBD forms, prior statements as requested.
- Audited annual financial statements (> R10 million) if applicable; MBD5 declaration for procurement above R10 million.
- Preference points: be prepared to claim specific goals under the 80/20 or 90/10 system (ownership, empowerment, RDP, local enterprise goals) with appropriate supporting documents.
- Optional but possible: disclosure and agreements around subcontracting, skill transfer plans, and related contract administration requirements.

#### How to Apply

- Briefing: compulsory briefing on 21 July 2026 at 10:00, venue 11 KV Challenor Street, Eshowe (address in document).  
- Submission method: sealed tender in an envelope endorsed with tender number, placed in the Tender Box at the SCM offices, KV Challenor Street, Eshowe; late tenders will not be considered.
