- Proof of Central Supplier Database (CSD) registration; valid tax clearance; Rates Clearance; COIDA proof; Professional Indemnity Insurance.  
- Audited financial statements if tenders exceed R10 million (where applicable).  
- Returnable documents including certificates (SAGC, SACPLAN, EAPASA), JV documents if applicable, and other standard bid declarations.
