- Project leadership with forestry/environmental sciences/natural resources management qualifications; CVs (Annexure B) and evidence of relevant experience.
- Compliance: Tax compliance (SARS PIN or CSD number); CSD registration; VAT where applicable.
- BBBEE: Valid BBBEE status verification certificate or sworn affidavit; consolidated BBBEE if JV/consortium.
- Bidding documents: Completion and submission of SBD1, SBD3.3 (Pricing), SBD4 (Disclosures), SBD6.1 (Preference Points); Letter of Authority; Annexure C (Consent and Indemnity); Annexure A (Pricing Schedule); Annexure B (CV templates).
- Additional: Potential security vetting; project must be delivered within 12 months; printing of 600 copies; adherence to GCC and SCC; SAQA evaluation for foreign qualifications if applicable.
