**This procurement aims to appoint a service provider to undertake vessel maintenance on the inflatable Echo for the Department of Forestry, Fisheries and the Environment (DFFE) / Marine Living Resources Fund (MLRF), including supply and installation of required materials.** Suitable bidders are marine vessel maintenance providers with experience in inflatable RHIBs, buoyancy chamber replacement, PU coatings, and related testing/certification; must meet public-sector procurement prerequisites (CSD, tax clearance, VAT status, and ERP/vendor registration).

#### Requirements
- Technical capability: remove/replace six heavy-duty PVC inflatable buoyancy chambers, install all fittings, apply PU coating, and deliver a fully operable RHIB with buoyancy certification; supply a buoyancy certificate on completion.
- Compliance/registrations: must be registered on the Central Supplier Database (CSD); tax matters in order; VAT status; may require SARS Tax Clearance; bidder must be registered on the MLRF Oracle ERP system within seven days of receiving the form.
