**Procurement of four (4) one-year licenses for Reference Manager Software, each with at least 6GB storage per user, including collaboration features and an MS Word plug-in; to be supplied to QCTO’s Research & Analysis unit.** Bidders should be software vendors able to provide reference management licenses, support collaboration, and integrate with MS Word; capable of delivering 4 licenses for a 12-month term and coordinating with IT.
