## Summary

#### Overview
**Procurement of inspectors’ consumables to supply and deliver exhibit bags, tags, seals and cable ties to DFFE/MLRF across the Southwest, North East, South East, West Coast and KZN regions.** Suitable bidders are packaging/materials suppliers or distributors with CIDB H1A (or higher), capable of regional delivery, and able to meet all contract and compliance requirements.

#### Requirements
- CIDB minimum category H1A (or higher). 
- Bid on official forms: SBD 3.1 (pricing), SBD 4, SBD 6.1; two-part proposal (technical and pricing) plus required attachments.
- Tax/VAT/compliance: valid Tax Clearance Certificate, CSD registration, VAT status (if applicable); Oracle ERP registration within 7 days of PO/notification; CK1 and authority letters.
- No bids from persons in the service of the state; must meet PPPFA criteria and provide proof for any specific-goal preferences claimed.
- Deliverables: supply and deliver exhibit bags, tags, metal seals and cable ties as specified, with region-specific quantities, within 60 days of Purchase Order.
