#### Requirements
- CIDB: minimum Grade 1GB active or CRS number valid at bid close; SAPO will verify.
- COIDA: provide COIDA certificate or CF registration number valid at closing.
- CSD: registered on National Treasury Central Supplier Database; provide CSD/MAAA number.
- SBD forms: submit completed SBD1 and SBD4 (plus Confidentiality NDA and Certificate of Acquaintance) in English.
- Tax compliance: SARS PIN or TCS status; if no PIN, provide CSD; if consortium, each party must have a certificate.
- BBBEE: valid SANAS BBBEE certificate or sworn affidavit or DTI BBBEE; for JV/consortium, provide consolidated BBBEE.
- Site/technical: compulsory site visit (21 July 2026 at 11:00) and ability to supply and install a 1.8m palisade fence per specification.
