**Procurement of leadership, competency and psychometric assessments for SACAA over a three-year period.** Bidders should be experienced service providers in leadership development and psychometric assessment, with registered psychologists (HPCSA), ability to use/validate tools, develop bespoke assessments, provide individual/group feedback, and maintain data confidentiality.

#### Requirements
- Central Supplier Database (CSD) registration prior to bidding; provide supplier number.
- Complete and sign the official forms: SBD1, SBD4, SBD6.1 (and SBD3 Pricing Schedule).
- Tax/compliance: provide SARS PIN or CSD number; comply with tax requirements; separate PINs for joint ventures/sub-contractors.
- B-BBEE: provide B-BBEE status certificate or sworn affidavit; claim specific goals if applicable.
- Evidence of capability: minimum 10 years’ leadership/competency/psychometric assessment experience; samples of tools/reports; at least 3 reference letters; CVs and qualifications of the psychology team (HPCSA-registered, able to conduct psychometrics).
