## Summary

#### Overview
**To provide Guarding Services for the South African Post Office – Free State Province for a maximum of twelve (12) months.** The contract targets security providers that are PSIRA-registered (Grade B unarmed and Grade C armed), capable of 12-hour shifts, and able to implement armed/unarmed guarding across SAPO facilities, including a dedicated control room, firearm armoury, and electronic patrol monitoring.

#### Requirements
- PSIRA registration as Grade B or C for at least 1 year; valid PSIRA certificate and good standing. 
- Firearm competency for the Armoury Manager and a formal Firearms Handling Procedure with a Firearms Register; secure firearm armoury and control room per specifications. 
- Evidence of an operational branch in the province (or proof of footprint) plus a dedicated control room and secure firearm vault; organogram and communication systems in place. 
- Compliance with tax, CSD, COIDA, BBBEE, and SBD forms; pricing in ZAR; due diligence acceptable documentation. 
- Minimum 1 year guarding experience in the past 2 years; adherence to SAPO policies and service levels.
