**Eskom Distribution invites bids for the design, supply, installation, and commissioning capability of total rooftop PV solutions for single-phase customers from 20–60 Amps, for a 3-year period.** Suitable for solar installers, EPCs and electrical engineering firms with NEC3/ ECC3 experience, ISO 9001 quality systems, CIDB registration (where applicable), and Eskom supplier compliance.

#### Requirements
- Qualified personnel: ECSA-registered engineers (Pr Eng/Pr Tech Eng/Pr Techni Eng) with a design responsibility letter; PV installer accreditation; Electrician’s Wireman’s Licence; sign-off of organisational structure. (source: Technical Schedule A & B; ITT annexures)
- Complete system design documentation for two recent PV/BESS projects (SLD, layout, BOM, datasheets, etc.).
- Equipment compliance: PV modules (SANS 61215:2015), inverters (NRS 097-2-1) with datasheets and test certificates; battery (SANS/IEC 62619:2022) with DoD and cycle requirements.
- Major equipment and URS compliance: 240-171000418 and 240-171000566, including SCADA/remote monitoring and safety requirements.
- Quality management: ISO 9001-based QMS as per Supplier Quality Management Specification (240-105658000) and Eskom QA processes.
- Compliance and pre-qualification: CIDB (where applicable), tax clearance, Supplier Integrity Pact, CPA local-content requirements, SBD forms (1, 6.1, 4, etc.), local/foreign content declarations, and related annexures.
- OHS/SHE: adherence to Eskom OHS requirements and site safety; anti-corruption/ fraud reporting provisions.
