Briefing Session: Formal Compulsory Briefing A compulsory RFQ briefing will be conducted at Workshop 17, Port Elizabeth Harbour, Port Elizabeth 1043 on the 20 October 2026, at 11:30 for a period of ± 2 hours. \[Respondents to provide own transportation and accommodation\].
