#### Overview
**Provision of R programming training services for Statistics South Africa (Stats SA).** The RFQ seeks a service provider to deliver R programming training (see attached Specification for R Programming.pdf), with training materials, possible on-site or remote delivery, and assessment components. Bidders should have proven experience in statistical data analysis and R programming, and be able to meet Stats SA’s procurement requirements (SBD4, CSD, tax clearance).

#### Requirements
- SBD4 Bidder’s Disclosure (Standard Bidding Document SBD 4) (attached as Standard Bidding Document (SDB) 4_Annexure A.doc..doc)
- e-filing copy of valid Tax Clearance certificate and tax compliance PIN
- Certified copy of ID document and original/certified company registration (CIPC)
- CSD Master registration number (MAAA) and evidence of tax clearance
- Supplier must be registered on Central Supplier Database (CSD)
- Declaration of Interest (SBD 4) completed and returned
- If claiming Specific Goals points: provide proof for Race (Black), Women, Disabled, and Youth (ID copies, CSD/ownership evidence; disability requires HPCSA certificate)
- Quotes on company letterhead; include VAT number if VAT registered
- Prices must be valid for the duration of the order; payment terms are 30 days
- Appointment not necessarily the lowest quote; Stats SA reserves the right not to award
