#### Requirements

- Proof of tax compliance and SARS PIN or CSD number; completed SBD forms: SBD1, SBD4, SBD6.1; SBD7 signature if contracts are awarded.
- Certified B-BBEE certificate or sworn affidavit (employs specific goals scoring).
- Detailed company profile plus facilitator qualifications: track record in Introductory Remote Sensing and Geo-Informatics 2 courses; 2–3 years facilitator experience; evidence of relevant projects.
- Compliance with the evaluation criteria: compliance screening, then price and specific-goals evaluation (80/20 system; up to 20 points for goals).
- Prices must include VAT; proposal must meet course specifications and service hours.
