## Summary

#### Overview
**Integrated data analytics platform to enable data-driven assurance, continuous auditing, and business insights across Transnet Divisions.** The tool must provide end-to-end data ingestion, transformation, analytics, visualization and secure reporting in a single environment, with capability to integrate with Transnet’s ERP/data sources and meet governance and security requirements for PFMA/POPIA compliances. Target bidders are enterprise software and IT services providers with proven capability in data analytics, data integration (SAP, Oracle, MS SQL, HCM, BW; REST/OData; CSV/Excel), dashboards, and audit-focused analytics.

#### Requirements
- End-to-end analytics platform covering ingestion, preparation, analytics, visualization and reporting, plus integration with approved Transnet systems. 
- Technical and security expectations: RBAC, AD/Entra ID, MFA, data encryption (in transit and at rest), audit logs, data ownership and portability controls; alignment with ISO27001/NIST; POPIA compliance. 
- Integration capabilities: SAP ECC/S4HANA/HCM/BW, Oracle, Microsoft SQL Server, MySQL, SharePoint/M365; API access; data lineage; real-time or scheduled data sync; AI capabilities with governance.
- Service levels and governance: quarterly reviews, 95% service level target with rebates for underperformance, dedicated national account representative, ability to replace team members if not adding value, incident management and SLA attachments.
- Compliance and pre-qualifications: SARS tax PIN or CSD registration, B-BBEE verification, DPIP/FPPO disclosures, security clearance if required, National Railway Safety Regulator compliance where applicable.
- Other: data ownership retained by Transnet; exit data return; master agreement and annexures; formal contract risk management and due diligence.
