#### Requirements
- Complete Annexure MBD 6.1 and submit original/valid B-BBEE Status Level Verification Certificate or certified copies; provide Proof of Locality to claim locality points.
- Submit bids on the issued tender document SCM78/26/27 (sealed envelope).
- Evaluation will use an 80/20 preferential points system under the Preferential Procurement Policy; B-BBEE considerations apply.
- Subject to the General Conditions of Tender and any applicable Special Conditions; Swartland may not accept the lowest bid.
