## Summary

#### Overview
**Procurement of travel management services to handle domestic and international travel for the Western Cape Provincial Parliament.** Bidders must be IATA- and ASATA-accredited travel management agencies, provide valid SARS tax clearance, and demonstrate ability to operate under a 3-year contract with a 3-month probation and a Service Level Agreement. A mandatory information session is on 19 November 2026 at 10:00 (MS Teams). Submissions must follow the official bid documents (WCPP forms; pricing schedule WCPP 3.3; declarations), with a 90-day bid validity from closing. Closing date is 24 November 2026 at 11:00. 

#### Requirements
- Travel management agency registered with IATA and ASATA (proof required).
- Valid, original SARS Tax Clearance Certificate (or PIN) for the bidder (each JV/consortium party to submit if applicable).
- Registration on CSD or IPS (ARIBA) and proof as required.
- Complete and submit official bid forms: WCPP1, WCPP2 (Tax Clearance), WCPP3.3 (Pricing), WCPP4 (Declaration of Interest), WCPP6.1 (Preference Points).
- Provide evidence of similar contracts with at least 3 client referrals (as applicable).
- Adhere to PPPFA 2022 point system (80/20) and provide HDI/other goals documentation.
- Access to 24/7/365 support, dedicated account management, confidentiality, and SLA-compliant service.
- Submit detailed monthly management reports and maintain required infrastructure and staff capacity.
