#### Overview
**Procurement of NEC3 Term Service Contract for design, supply, repairs, modification, installation, testing and commissioning of traction (3KV DC) and distribution (11 KV & 6.6 KV AC) substations on an as‑and‑when required basis for 24 months in the Central & Container Corridors.** Open to bidders with NEC3 Term Service Contract experience, electrical/civil engineering capability, CIDB classification, and the standard tender pre‑qualification documents (Returnable Documents, professional registrations, and local-content requirements). #### Requirements
- Compliance with NEC3 Term Service Contract (NEC3 CPM 2020 Rev01/05 data) and related contract data.
- CIDB classification and pre‑qualification documentation; local content requirements (CIDB SFU Annex G, Annex C/D/E) as applicable.
- Returnable documents and evidence: attendance at compulsory clarification meeting; service plan; CVs and registrations with applicable professional bodies (e.g., ECSA for Electrical/Civil engineers); project organogram; method statement; risk and safety management, environmental management; letters of good standing; insurance and performance guarantees; three years of audited financial statements.
- Health, safety, risk and site establishment considerations (as listed in the Returnable Schedules).
- Other pre‑qualification and governance documents (Non‑Disclosure, POPIA, Supplier Code of Conduct, etc.).
