**The Independent Development Trust invites bids for turnkey eradication of pit latrines at Enkulukweni, Jobstown, and Sisizakele Primary Schools in AmaJuba District, KwaZulu-Natal.** Suitable bidders are those with CIDB grade 6GB or higher (or equivalent JV where applicable) in general building, active CIDB/COIDA registrations, and the capacity to deliver construction works for three school sites.

#### Requirements
- CIDB: Grade 6GB or higher (active); JV partners allowed with consolidated CIDB grade >= 6GB.  
- Registrations: CSD full report; joint venture CSD copy (if applicable); CIPC certificates; valid tax clearance with PIN; COIDA active certificate; JP/JV allowed; local participation encouraged.  
- Insurances: Public liability (R2M+) and professional indemnity (R5M+).  
- Key personnel (CVs and original certificates): Construction Project Manager (SACPCMP), Quantity Surveyor (SACQSP), Civil Engineer (ECSA), Structural Engineer (ECSA), Geotechnical Engineer (ECSA), OHS Manager (SACPCMP). One CV per discipline; CVs current (not older than 3 months).  
- Documentation: Completed Form of Offer, Certificate of Authority, Joint Venture agreement (if applicable), Bills of Quantities (including 15% VAT), signed SBD 1, SBD 4, SBD 6.1; attendance at compulsory site briefing.
