**Two-year term contract for supply, servicing, repairs and maintenance of electrical equipment for Amathole District and Buffalo City Metro Cluster One.** Eligible bidders: CIDB Grade 3EB or higher in EB class; proven experience and qualified personnel to provide similar electrical services; geographic scope in Amathole and Buffalo City Metro Cluster One.

#### Requirements
- CIDB: Grade 3EB or higher (incl. JV compliance as specified).

- Compliance: Tax matters in order (CSD/TCS where applicable); local content and specific-goal declarations; no conflicts of interest.
- Contract and safety: NEC3 Term Service Contract framework; occupational health and safety requirements; insurer/performance bond as required after appointment.
