- Proven experience in: reactor catalyst unloading, inert/confined-space entry under hazardous conditions, handling spent refinery catalysts, hazardous material packaging and international shipment preparation.
- Comprehensive technical proposal detailing unloading methodology, catalyst/ceramic material separation, recovery rates, contamination control, constraints/assumptions, and pre-treatment needs.
- SHEQ plan, detailed resource plan, equipment list, preliminary schedule, and references from similar projects.
- Compliance with safety, health, environment and quality requirements; continuous gas monitoring and emergency rescue arrangements.
- Mandatory documentation: CSD registration, BBBEE compliance, and related procurement documentation; adherence to PetroSA terms and conditions.
