- Proof of municipal rates not owing for >3 months or formal lease/letter from traditional authority (for entity and directors)
- Central Supplier Database (CSD) full report (and registration on CSD)

- Bid validity: 90 days
- Adherence to tender specifications; late, incomplete, unsigned, or non-compliant bids will be disqualified
