- Active Public Liability Insurance cover of at least R10m
- Attendance and signing of compulsory site briefing certificate
- CVs and qualifications for SACPCMP-registered Project/Construction Manager and Health and Safety Officer
- Compliance with Contract Skills Development Goal (CSDG)
- Tender documents to be completed in black ink; corrections initialled; sign where required
- Disqualifications for Directors on the Register of Defaulters or current/state employment
- Functionality threshold of 70% (Stage 1); 80/20 pricing with specific-goal points (6 for Women, 6 for Youth, 4 for PWD, 4 for Black)
