#### Requirements
- Company must submit a CK registration and be in the National Treasury CSD database; SARS Tax Compliance Status PIN required.
- Certified copies of directors’ IDs; JV agreements (if applicable) and full tender forms completed.
- Proof of municipal rates/service account clearance or lease documentation as applicable; local content declarations if required.
- BBBEE certificate or sworn affidavit for BBBEE status; adherence to SCM/PPPFA 80/20 evaluation.
- Prices must be firm, inclusive of VAT (15%), and in the form of a complete costing schedule; signatures required on price changes.
- No alterations via tipex; misrepresentation or late submissions disqualify.
