#### Requirements

- Returnable documents and registrations: full Central Supplier Database (CSD) report, SARS Tax Compliance Status, valid municipal rates/taxes proof for the business and all directors, CIDB registration, B-BBEE certificate or sworn affidavit, COIDA certificate, public liability insurance, performance guarantee letter, and related forms.  
- Compliance controls: no forged documents; attendance at compulsory briefing; adherence to addenda; confirmation of availability of key personnel.  
- Additional: 120-day tender validity; two-envelope procedure not used; no electronic submissions.
