## Summary

#### Overview
**Upgrading of Clanwilliam Resort: Labour Only.** This is a labour-only construction tender by Cederberg Municipality (CIDB 1GB+ advised). #### Requirements
- CIDB grading of 1GB or higher.
- COIDA compliance before execution (good standing letter or proof of payment/registration).
- Tax compliance: SARS Tax Clearance / PIN (or CSD registration if no TCS).
- Central Supplier Database (CSD) registration mandatory.
- Submit official forms (MBD1, MBD4, MBD6.1, MBD9) and Pricing Schedule; follow GCC/SCC.
- B-BBEE: submit SANAS-verified certificate or sworn affidavit for preference points.
- Locality proof to claim Locality points (within Cederberg/West Coast/Western Cape). 
- No bids from persons in the State; comply with anti-corrupt practices.
- Price validity: offers must remain valid for at least 60 days.

- Obtain documents from The Supply Chain Management Unit, 2A Voortrekker Street, Clanwilliam (see Q05/2026-2027).
- Prepare and submit quotations on official forms; deposit in bid box at 2A Voortrekker Street, Clanwilliam by 28 August 2026 at 12:00.
- Include: Pricing Schedule; MBD1, MBD4, MBD6.1, MBD9; COIDA/TCS/CSD proof; BBBEE proof; Locality documentation.
- Invoices after award to be emailed to georgiac@cederberg.gov.za or michellep@cederberg.gov.za; payment within 30 days.
