## Summary

#### Overview
**Open tender for the Upgrading of Imaroro - Mashuru - Isara Road – Phase I, including road and bridge works, funded by the Government Development Fund.** Bidders must be registered with the National Construction Authority (NCA) in Category 1 (domestic) or equivalent for foreign contractors; NCA registration is required before contract signing. #### Requirements

  - For JV: executed JV agreement detailing obligations; representative named; dispute resolution
  - 40% local content for foreign bidders; evidence required (Section 3.10)
  - Local/nationality and debarment checks; NCA registration before award
  - Site visit participation and one technical representative with minimum B.Sc./B.Tech in Civil/Highway Engineering
