Bidder profile should include: ECSA-registered professional, experience in structural assessments and concrete rehabilitation, and the ability to deliver drawings, specifications and costings.

#### Requirements
- Structural engineer(s) must be registered with the Engineering Council of South Africa (ECSA) with proof.
- Demonstrable experience in structural assessments, concrete rehabilitation, and marine/coastal structures; minimum 2 client references.
- Tax compliance: provide SARS TCS PIN or other tax clearance; CSD number if no TCS.
